The shaking lasted continuously for at least three minutes,\u201d Yaroslav, 25, from the Russian city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, told Reuters.<\/p>\n<p>In Severo-Kurilsk, south of Kamchatka, tsunami waves exceeding 9ft swept through the coastal town,\u00a0carrying buildings and debris into the sea.
